3rd Annual-Real Men Read Challenge...

New River Middle School is hosting our 3rd annual REAL MEN READ CHALLENGE!  This event is based on a belief that by providing our students with experiences involving professional male role models from the local community, we will further encourage student interests in reading.

Last year this event was a huge success thanks to you!  It was an honor to have such a wonderful group of professionals.  With the help of the community, we are helping to establish goals aimed at placing students on a path that will enable them to graduate from high school prepared for college, skilled career training, and to be informed citizens. This event inspired many of our students to pick up a book and read! The chatter throughout the halls was filled with positive and uplifting stories.  We would love for you to be apart of this 3rd annual event being held on March 18, 2015 at 9:00 AM.

If you are willing to donate two hours of your time on March 18, 2015, between 9:00am - 11:00am, please contact Lynnette Lendick at 754-323-3600, or please click here to email Mrs. Lendick.
